Sanchez wins debut, Marlins earn doubleheader split

Sixto Sanchez allowed six hits over five innings to win his major league debut, and the Miami Marlins defeated the Washington Nationals 5-3 on Saturday night to earn a split of a doubleheader.

Nationals-Braves postponed by rain, setting up doubleheader on Sept. 4

dafabet手机版平台The game between the Washington Nationals and Atlanta scheduled for Wednesday night was postponed because of rain. The teams will play a doubleheader of seven-inning games on Sept. 4. The Nationals return to Atlanta for what had been scheduled as a three-game series from Sept. 4-6.
